Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be accepted, processed and shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is out for delivery.

If your delivery address is located within the United Kingdom mainland, your goods will be dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, which typically delivers products on the next working day. However, if your delivery address is located outside of the UK mainland, an alternative courier service will be used to send your goods.

Orders to be delivered outside the UK: Orders are exclusive of VAT, therefore the VAT (20%) will be removed for your order total at checkout. Please note that istari does not accept responsibility for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping outside the UK.
Returns

Ready to wear products

If you make a purchase online, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or e-credit note within 28 days.

When returning jewellery, please ensure it is in perfect condition and includes all original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs or duty charges.

Additionally, we cannot take responsibility for any items until they are received by us, so we recommend that you use a tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery when returning your items.

Please note that, in accordance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we regret that we are unable to accept returns of earrings. However, please be assured that this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Bespoke jewellery pieces

Please note that our jewellery orders are custom-made specifically for you, which means that we are unable to accept direct returns. We are confident that you will love your order for many years to come. However, we do offer a re-design option for a fee if you would like to modify your order. The re-design fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
